The property of 550m2 consists of two houses, the main house used as a day area and the second building, where the bedrooms are, used as a night area. The main house consists of a large living room with fireplace and large windows with access to the porch overlooking the garden, pool and the bay of Guillola. The kitchen area next to the dining room has access to the outdoor dining room with a large wood oven and direct access to the garden of our Chef with a variety of products km0. On the second floor of the house is the office area along with a single room with bathroom with shower. In the second house we find the private access to the large Suite room with double bed, bathroom with bathtub and shower, office and terrace with spectacular sea views. Going down the stairs we reach two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with shower and exit to the terrace overlooking the sea and a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and window. Continuing downstairs we reach a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and exit to the garden and a room with five single beds, bathroom with shower and exit to the patio. The outdoor area of the house consists of more than 1 hectare, gardens and relaxation areas with a predominant swimming pool and jacuzzi overlooking the sea. Throughout the property we find the traditional terraces made of stone typical of the Mediterranean Sea area to take advantage of the uneven terrain. Through a path next to the garden, passing between the aforementioned terraces we reach the edge of the property and access to the beach of Guillola through the private access of the same property.
